Returns and Exchange Policy

At the Book Cow, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

 

Change of Mind Returns

 

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for items returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. The item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (either our receipt, gift exchange certificate or a record of purchase)
  • Free from damage or markings

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
